Architects and designers know that many of the world’s most inventive design ideas first take shape in the hospitality sector. And Boutique Design New York 2024 (BDNY), the leading trade fair and conference for the industry, is where the year’s most anticipated innovations come to life, showcased through trailblazing trends and the visionaries and creators forging the future of hospitality.
BDNY 2024 will be held Nov. 10-11 at the Jacob K. Javits Center in New York. Here’s what to expect:
The latest innovations in products
BDNY’s trade fair features design products—from textiles and furniture to lighting and artwork—pushing the boundaries of form, function, and style. Attendees are able to see products up close and ask specific questions about production times, specification, and customization. New this year: four new designed spaces by the teams at Baskervill, BLUR Workshop, Curioso, and Parker-Torres Design, plus Dine & Design: A BDNY Popup targeting high-end, front-of-house restaurant and bar design.
Inspiring design discussions
Conference sessions at BDNY feature hospitality’s most in-demand topics and speakers, designed to ignite creativity and start conversations. You’ll need a full conference pass to attend CEU-accredited sessions at the BDNY Mainstage, but anyone is welcome to attend the talks and workshops located in spaces across the show floor.
Hotel tours and more
BDNY hosts lively and inspiring networking events—all designed to connect you with industry leaders, peers, and innovators. These events include three hotel design tours, the popular Women Leaders in Hospitality breakfast, and the all-new Client Confidential: Lunch with the Owners session.
