Livabl is building new home dreams.

The new-home listings website by Zonda is the go-to destination for the most accurate and exclusive collection of homes in the United States and Canada, with hundreds of thousands of listings in almost 50,000 new-home communities.

"Our goal for Livabl is to bring the building industry to the consumer," said Jeff Meyers, Zonda CEO. "It's exciting to be associated with an industry that provides the most important asset of someone's lifetime. Livabl is even better because it's a platform that will educate the buyer on newly constructed homes."

The site exists to take a buyer through their entire home buying journey, from initial curiosity to the final sale. It also offers editorial content that helps inform buyers about purchasing a new build.

"Visitors will find stories on the latest trends in home design, interviews with experts in the fields of new construction, and plenty of how-to guides to lead them through every aspect of their home buying adventure," Meyers said.

Justin LaJoie, executive vice president of Livabl, says the website is the number one destination for information on new-home construction.

"Whether that be a single-family home, low-, or high-rise in the United States or Canada, we have the expertise," said Justin LaJoie. "We want to inform the consumer. We want to educate the consumer, and we want them to feel very comfortable about buying the next home of their dreams. That's what it's all about for us."

Builders use the Livabl platform, formerly BuzzBuzzHome, by listing their homes directly to consumers on the free-to-list site. They can also highlight their developments via Livabl's partnership programs, Zonda chief sales officer Amy Dudley said, giving their projects even more prominence and visibility on the site.

"Livabl allows home builders to showcase their new-home projects and master plan communities to sophisticated home buyers searching for the best home buying experience," Dudley said. "Livabl visitors can easily uncover the value that each home builder brings to the table with interactive site plans laid over Google Maps, giving buyers a sense of the community and its proximity to the surrounding area before completion."
