Tobin | Parnes Design, an award winning design firm, designing outstanding projects for a broad range of clients in retail, hospitality, workplace, healthcare, historic, institutional and Leed projects. Envisioned in l983 as an organization that is equal parts friends and business partners, the principles of trust, quality, innovation and hard work have guided Carol Tobin and Bob Parnes for more than 29 years and are as valid today as ever. With the addition of partner Andrea Dibner in l998, and Gerard R.
