Project Description
KWA Construction, a leading general contractor specializing in multifamily developments throughout Texas, has topped out on the Atlantica at Burleson (formerly Reed Parke) apartments, a luxury community located in Burleson, Texas. Developed by Sovereign Properties and designed by Womack + Hampton Architects, LLC, the 217-unit multifamily complex will encompass 296,175 square feet on the southern edge of the thriving Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. The City of Burleson is known for its growing economic development, low crime rates, an outstanding school system and consists of more than 20 parks and 550 acres of green spaces, making it a desirable community for business, recreation and comfortable living.
"Our professional relationship with Sovereign Properties began with their choice to hire KWA to build the Atlantica at Burleson apartments, which testifies to our proven ability to deliver quality multifamily communities throughout Texas,” said Brian Webster, President of KWA Construction. “Our goal with this project is to help Sovereign Properties provide a prominent destination in the community by delivering on our promise of impeccable service to our client that KWA is known for.”
Atlantica at Burleson is a three-story building that will feature 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units, a leasing office, 58 storage units, an eight-bay garage, carports and a seven-bay bike storage. Enhancing comfort and convenience for its residents, the community will also include amenities such as an outdoor gaming lawn, a cyber café, fitness and yoga studio, a dazzling pool, outdoor grilling areas, a dog spa and a dog park. Atlantica at Burleson is expected to be completed in June 2022 and will be located at 285 SE John Jones Drive.
