Project Description
Inspired by a stay in Tuscany, this house is on a 1/4 acre lot and is organized around a south courtyard which serves as entry, entertaining and outdoor dining area. It includes a brick oven at the dining terrace off the kitchen. The house is stone veneer on wood frame with recessed windows to add weight to the main wall. It is foam insulated and has 4 stories of usable space.
