Project Description
O’Brien & Gere is a national engineering and environmental company with 30 offices located around the country. They needed to consolidate operations and relocate their corporate offices from the suburbs to downtown Syracuse.
The designed needed to realign the office and administrative working environment to the current company’s goals; as well as reduce the size of their operations, while increasing functionality and integration within the facility. Our design also needed to accommodate diversity and flexibility for a multi generation work force and various departments’ functional needs.
