Project Description
The Modern at Fort Lee is a two-tower, 47-story residential development at the foot of the George Washington Bridge in New Jersey. This major landmark, taller and more prominent than any other building in the area, is the highest residential building in New Jersey and clearly visible from Manhattan.
Rising from a podium above the Palisades cliffs and the Hudson River, The Modern makes a striking, iconic statement that speaks of the clean, classic lines of timeless design and the drama of the natural setting. Easy access to Manhattan, magnificent views of the Hudson River and the iconic George Washington Bridge, and the promise of a cosmopolitan lifestyle in a mix of residences, retail, and dining make The Modern a highly desirable place to live.
The two 47-story towers offer a total of 902 luxury apartments with a collection of shared residential amenities, including flexible lounge and dining areas, private outdoor barbeque niches, a large pool, a great lawn area with a Megatron, fitness venues, a spa, and a business center.
