Quality Home Brands-parent company of Murray Feiss Lighting, Monte Carlo Fan Company, Sea Gull Lighting Products, Light Process Company, and Royce Lighting-has announced a merger with Illinois-based holding company Encompass Lighting Group. The newly combined company will operate under the name Generation Brands.
