To reduce the weight of glass while also strengthening its durability, L.A.-based Pulp Studio developed a way to laminate annealed or tempered opaque sheet glass (as thin as 1/4″) to an aluminum-faced honeycomb core. The laminated composite can be attached mechanically with Z-clips to a framing system or directly glued without the clips. For ceilings, rainscreens, and more. www.pulpstudio.com
