When O’Hara Studio cofounder Sean O’Hara finalizes a design, he travels to Indonesia to train a group of master craftsmen to produce the sculptural furniture or product. The shape of his seating piece Chopu, inspired by the name of the surfer-coveted Tahitian wave, emulates the movement of water.
