Zumtobel Group Consolidates LED division; acquires SpaceCannon

Zumtobel Group has announced it will consolidate Ledon Lighting, Lexedis Lighting, and Tridonic Atco Optoelectronics into the Zumtobel LED Division, led by Roland Michal. The new division presented its portfolio under the Ledon brand in April 2008 at Light+Building in Frankfurt, Germany. The company also announced the acquisition of Italian LED company SpaceCannon. SpaceCannon will continue its focus on outdoor, façade, and event lighting. It will join the LED division at Zumtobel.
