Bjarke Ingels Group Establishes Engineering Arm

The new department will be led by Duncan Horswill, who comes from Søren Jensen.

Today Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) announced that the firm has a new department: BIG Engineering, led by Duncan Horswill. BIG describes the new department as “a new specialized unit dedicated to ensuring the structural, mechanical integrity and resilience of BIG buildings globally.” According to a LinkedIn profile, Horswill began at BIG last month, and comes from Søren Jensen.
